Terms & Conditions




- For the period July 1 to August 31
=> 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking
=> The balance 2 months before arrival.
If you book two months before arrival, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking.
- From April 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to December 31st
=> 30% deposit to be paid at time of booking
=> The balance 15 days before your arrival.
STAY
On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed between 5pm and 11pm
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. in a clean and tidy condition.
The keys are handed over at the same time as the apartment is presented and the inventory of fixtures is signed.
A deposit of €1,500 (only for Lodges) by credit card will be returned within a few days after the apartment has been cleaned by us. You will be responsible for any costs incurred for repairs, cleaning or broken or damaged equipment.
PRICES
Our prices are inclusive of all taxes (including water, electricity, heating and rental charges), with the exception of tourist taxes payable on site and cleaning charges for Lodges.
Cleaning is included (for short stays), but if the apartment is not returned in a clean and tidy condition, we reserve the right to charge a supplement (€50 per hour).
The cleaning charge for the Purple Lodge is €175 and €125 for the other lodges
USE OF PREMISES
The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use the premises in accordance with its intended purpose.
If the number of tenants exceeds the number indicated at the time of signing the contract, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional tenants, to terminate the contract without refund or to charge a supplement (minimum €100 per person per night).
INSURANCE
The tenant must provide his MULTIRISQUES VILLEGIATURE (civil liability) (attach 1 copy of the certificate with policy number).
CANCELLATION
Before taking possession of the property: the deposit remains the property of the owner - even in the event of force majeure. Remember to take out cancellation insurance.
Special COVID 19: if a new confinement occurs during your reservation period, a credit note will be generated for the amount paid (excluding July and August)
INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In the event of interruption of the stay by the customer, no refund will be made.
LIABILITY
SARL Le Lodge cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage you may suffer in the residence.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints about your stay should be sent by registered letter to : SARL Le Lodge, 11 avenue de Bordeaux, 33970 Le Cap Ferret, within thirty days of your departure. In the event of a dispute, the Arcachon court will have sole jurisdiction.
